Each box contains 44 pounds of premium olivine diabase stones, known for their durability and ability to withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles. These stones absorb heat from the sauna heater and gradually release it, creating the soft and pleasant warmth that defines an authentic sauna experience.

The split-face design of these stones provides increased surface area, allowing water poured over the stones to evaporate quickly and produce rich, satisfying steam. This makes them an excellent choice for wood-burning sauna stoves and heaters where strong steam generation is desired.
